MAutoStencilYFlip On/Off ; Auto Y-Flip for Bitmap's stencil

Sets Mildred's autostencilYFlip setting On or Off. If On, any Y (verticle) flip
operations performed on a chunky Bitmap will also be performed on the Bitmap's
stencil.
